SlurryKat designed the Duo Dribble Bar with a dual purpose in mind. It can be mounted onto the rear of any slurry tanker and then removed and used as the spreading device in the Slurrykat umbilical system.

The Slurrykat Dribble-Pak is a unique and efficient package where by a 7.5 m dribble boom is incorporated and used with the highly successful and popular detachable Slurrykat Bak-Pak for carrying 800m of layflat hose.

9.0m version with teleshift	It is the only system of its kind where by one operator can effectively and efficiently transport and use a 1400m umbilical slurry system comprising of a 600m front reeler, 800m Bak-Pak and a 7.5m dribble boom all in one compact package with a transport width of 2.7m.

The system is comprised of a 800m Bak-Pak which is lifted with an “A” frame on the dribble bar main carridge frame, the dribble boom then folds around the Bak-Pak and reeling and unreeling of the layflat hose can be done as normal. Attaching and detaching the Bak-Pak does not involve any placing or removing of pins etc, is fully automatic and carried out from the tractor seat! (see pictures below)

The booms consists of 30 outlets across the 7.5m span. Flow is controlled and distributed by a Vogelsang exacut distributor, which has 30 outlets and this allows for controlled and even distribution across the boom. They also have an effective cut/shear rotation whereby any straw or silage etc. is chopped before entering the applicator hoses on the boom! This eliminates any problems with pipe blockages.

Function: The manure slurry enters the side inlet of the ExaCut and flows directly into the distributor housing. The rotor, driven by a hydraulic motor, distributes the slurry to the dribble hoses. The rotor is designed to rotate in both directions to prevent clogging and thus improves operating time. Pure quality: The knives made of specially hardened steel, which have a self-sharpening effect when moving over the openings of the cutting screen and cut up fibrous material easily. The automatic knife adjustment assures optimal cutting pressure. Foreign objects are collected inside the disposal vessel and can be removed easily.
